Welcome to CAPE Excursions

The East Meadow Union Free School District is proud to offer CAPE Excursions. All trips offer students an opportunity to enjoy activities with other students from East Meadow School District. With CAPE Excursions, children get a chance to explore and gain real-world experience while enhancing social skills, critical think, and resilience. Most of all, CAPE Excursions are fun!!
  • CAPE Excursions is located at WT. Clarke High School 740 Edgewood Drive. Westbury. NY 11590
  • Trips are open to East Meadow School District students ONLY
  • There is a $20 per trip per student NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee

  4. In order to complete registration you must:
    Select a Payment Type:
    • Payment by Check: Mail a check payable to CAPE with online Registration to:
      • McVey Elementary School (CAPE)
      • 2201 Devon Street
      • East Meadow, NY 11554
    • Payment by Credit Card: Payment through MySchoolBucks.
  5. ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF REGISTERING. If registration takes place less than 5 days before the trip, payment must be through MySchoolBucks or dropped off in person to the CAPE office at least 48 hours before the trip.
  • Once registered. your trip leader will reach out to you with additional details prior to the trip
  • Please note that trip sizes are limited, therefore an early response is recommended. Please continue to check the website for up to 48 hours before trips for availability.
  • CAPE Excursions reserves the right to cancel any trip not meeting minimum student enrollment and/or due to inclement weather. In the event of a canceled trip, credit vouchers will be issued.
  • Please inform CAPE Excursions at the time of registration if your child has individual needs that may require an accommodation
