The Creative Arts Program of East Meadow offers youngsters from all communities a fantastic variety of craft, physical exercise and educational courses for children ages 4-12.
Fall Semester Dates: October 13, 2018 - January 16, 2019
Weekly classes run for eleven-week sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Saturdays. Classes are one hour long unless otherwise noted in the class descriptions.
TUITION: Tuition is on a per class basis and covers the entire eleven-week semester. Please see the class descriptions for information regarding individual class prices.
On-Line & Walk-in REGISTRATION: On-line registration begins Wednesday, September 12th. East Meadow residents will be given priority placement in classes until September 26th. Please check the CAPE website to view updated class availability.
PLEASE NOTE: Class sizes are limited. Therefore, an early response is to your best advantage. CAPE reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting minimum student enrollment. In the event that your child is closed out of a class or a class is cancelled, you will be notified and your monies refunded.
No refunds will be issued after October 23, 2018. All refund requests must be made in writing. Requests for refunds should be directed to cape@emufsd.us
There are no class changes after October 23, 2018. Students are allowed to change their registration schedule one time. Additional changes will result in a $20.00 administrative charge.
Proof of Age (Copy of Birth Certificate) is required for children ages 4 & 5.
All students are required to be "potty trained" before entering the program. Pull-ups are not to be worn.
IN-PERSON REGISTRATION: Wednesday, September 12th 4:00PM-7:00PM at McVey Elementary School
CAPE OFFICE HOURS STARTING OCTOBER 13, 2018: TUE./WED. 4:00-7:00PM AND SAT. 9:00AM - 1:00PM
PAYMENT METHODS:
-Mail a check with printout from On-Line Registration, Bring Check/Cash in person to the CAPE Office (Checks made out to CAPE) or Credit Card Payment through MySchoolBucks
